Fantastic app with great pricing. With Infinite Options I am able to add custom sections to my products. For example, I sell handmade dog apparel so I can ask a client to provide their pup's measurements and weight. I can also ask them if they want a harness opening and also add an additional add-on price. Other options available too like color swatches. I needed some adjustments made and Emily from their customer service was great! She took care of my style preference within a day. Thanks EMILY!! Today 8/23/23 I worked with Jordin S. He assisted with changing the look of my color swatches and adding the titles to each swatch when hovered over. He was prompt, efficient, polite and got the job done! Great app for adding customized variants to your products in Shopify! I needed a field for customers to add their personalization requests for customized backpacks and jackets. I had the customers adding the info to the 'Notes' section at checkout, but they kept forgetting. With Infinite Options, I was able to add the personalization field to the individual product page for those specific items. Also, their customer service is outstanding! I purchased a 3rd party Shopify theme and couldn't figure out how to add the necessary code to my theme to complete the Infinite Options install. I emailed customer service and they requested collaborator access then added it to my theme for free in less than 12 hours! I was shocked and so grateful! Would definitely recommend! Show more
