Recently, a member of their support team, Santiago, helped us troubleshoot and remedy a segmenting issue on a site popup campaign. There are quite a few helpful (but sometimes hard to find) settings and specifications within the app, so it's always reassuring to know the team is there to help!

This is an excellent app. Highly recommended. We recently started using ConvertFlow for quizzes and surveys. It's an excellent tool to collect zero-party data and hear from your customers. We'd love to see more features, for example, choosing a date field from a calendar. Otherwise, you can build custom logic and it's extremely flexible. Helps a lot for advanced customer journeys.
