Je suis chez le SDT depuis plusieurs mois maintenant, et je dois vraiment vous conseiller de les choisir ! Les démarches d'expéditions sont tellement plus simples et de plus vous aurez accès à un service clientèle très efficace. Ils ne sont pas beaucoup mais vous pouvez être sûr de recevoir une réponse dans les 20 minutes qui suivent ( si ce n'est pour dire 5 ! ). Aussi gentils les uns que les autres, je ne me suis jamais senti " bête" en posant mes questions car ils ont toujours su m'accompagner avec professionnalisme ! RE la réponse de colissimo: vous n'avez toujours pas compris. Les autres moteurs équivalent Colissimo, eg FedEX: je n'ai pas a configurer les prix dans mon backoffice! Par prix ici, ceux de contrat et NON PAS de la commande. Cad dans mon backoffice FedEX il n'y a qu'une seule ligne, FedEx va aller prendre le poids et mesures de la commande, ensuite les prix selon mon contrat avec eux (probablement API) et calculer le shipping rate comme un grand. Alors que Colissimo, il va chercher *MA CONFIG* dans mon backoffice et va l'appliquer. Mais enfin, ce n'est pas ici la valeur ajouté d'un moteur de calcul, ce n'est même pas un moteur du tout. Il va juste appliquer ce que j'ai configuré et du coup, j'ai 20 ligne a saisir manuellement et péniblement - et a chaque fois que les prix changent, je dois y revenir dessus et rechanger. Est-ce que c'est plus clair? Sinon, il faut que je vous envoie de photos de capture d'écran ... C'est ridicule que le plug-in officiel est incapable de donner automatiquement les tarifs de livraison selon le poids et l'adresse comme c'est fait absolument partout: a la place, il faut tout configurer a la main!! I hate this app, ils peuvent nettement mieux faire!!! Show more
