Une équipe réactive en cas de problèmes, une application qui permet de gagner beaucoup de temps ! J'enlève une étoile car il faudrait ajouter le prix du colissimo en plus (là où on créer les étiquettes), à titre indicatif cela me parait important. Show more
J'utilise l'application quotidiennement, elle me fait gagner un temps considérable ! La qualité et réactivité du service technique est particulièrement appréciable ( je remercie particulièrement BERLOT .T) ! Quelques améliorations sont encore à apporter pour atteindre la perfection :) ! Je pense notamment à la sélection du point retrait qui trop souvent n'arrive pas à être validé par le client et que je dois donc saisir à leur place dans le backoffice. A part cela super ! Show more
