I used this app to change the order of the payment options page as I wanted my manual option Request Quote to be first and this is not a page you can edit in Shopify. I took less than 5 minutes to install and make the change. This also works for hiding express payments, changing the shipping methods order, blocking orders from PO Boxes / other addresses as well as a ton of other features.
