This is a great app! The chat window is simple with a large setting and view. User experience is up to expectations. Our shopify plan is the basic plan and with this app, a basic plan can work like a super plan. Worth having it installed! Yaakov is a very helpful guy! He is always there to help whenever you need help on the app. He is a babywearer too!

No doubt the best chat app I've used. Visitors can have fast, direct access to your customer service and receive immediate response! Installation process is very simple. No hassle setup, simply click "Get" and it is ready to go. More amazing is that it comes with its own mobile app, so when someone sends a chat message, the message will be alerted on your iOS or Android; and you or your support team can reply potential customers on-the-go from anywhere! Works very smooth and is highly recommended for any store owner!

Great app! Very useful as we can create multiple user IDs so all our staff can take turns with online enquiries. Works well.

LOVE THIS APP!!!!!! Have been doing the premium trial for 2 weeks, and I am so happy with it. I have 15+ people at least chatting with me a day, asking questions that are helping lead to sales. It's also fun to have the automatic chat prompts, letting people know we are here, and targeting each page with a different question. I love that I can respond both on my phone and on my browser, depending on where I am. I also love that it has the pre chat form propmt so I can get people's emails. Also awesome to see what page people are on, so I am totally clear on what their question is. This app has definitely helped increase our sales and conversions, and let people know that we are here to help! Totally recommend, and I am signing up for the premium plan!
