Great App for a customer chat system. Simple to use and notifications guide you when you are setting the APP. NO CODING NEEDED. You can create multiple logins and track each users chats and even pool them in to one archive. You can create automated messages using different rules and setup online/offline times. This App is also great for converting sales as you can see what page your Live Users are looking at and assist at each step of the conversion by opening up a chatline. Highly recommended.
