Admittedly, we are not an easy customer! I use this app to create custom "packages" on our website for specific customer tags/segments. We've run into a few speed bumps along the way, mostly because of how complex our set up is. That being said, I will tell you that the support has been INCREDIBLY responsive and flexible to help us accomplish our goals. So far this app is awesome. It allows to set the bundle discounts with draft orders or discount codes which gives more flexibility. Support is not immediate, you'll have to wait, as they clearly say so, but is high quality. I guess I'll be using this app for a long time. Show more

Works accordingly to the product description. The only troubles I had was to logically connect the dots to best set this up on my products. As of right now, everything is working well.
