The app does a great job at fitting different sized products into boxes. Set up was fairly easy, support was great. The biggest issue is that UPS or USPS or the carriers don't know the discount that shopify gives. So Boxify asks UPS what to charge, but they don't know the discount that they give shopify. So I end up charging customers retail shipping costs instead of what I actually pay. Show more
We've had a great experience with Boxify over the last few years. We ship various products from single screws to large, heavy plates and Shopify's shipping settings just weren't cutting it for accurate shipping rates. The ability to look back and see why a specific order was quoted at a specific rate is also really helpful for troubleshooting situations where the incorrect rate was given.
