Amazing app support! Due to a bug in my theme, the app code was executed twice for each shipping calculation. Dave was amazingly patient and helpful dealing with the theme developer in fixing the bug. All is working well now. The app is easy to set up. Type in the API credentials for your shipping services, set up box sizes, add product dimensions, and off you go. I have about 40 products in my store and was able to get it going in an evening. If I was to nitpick, I would say that the app could work a bit better with the latest version of Safari (OSX 10.15.3; Safari 13.0.5), but then so could Shopify in general. The bottom line is this: I've already saved more than the monthly cost of the app by having the shipping charges calculated correctly. Show more

We've had this app for 3 years; worked great and customer service was always very quick in replying and helping solve any issues/answer questions.
