Lost lots of sales due to unexpected outcomes with this app. For example if you click ship for free it just removed the dimensions and then shows as unavailable when customers go to checkout. Update: Vendor responded immediately to my negative review with a solution to my problem. Still not in love with the app but the response time makes it more favorable to me. Show more
Shockingly attentive customer service. They answered me within hours with detailed, helpful responses no matter what day or time I reached out. The app solves a big blind-spot issue within shopify, allowing you to ascribe items to the right sized packages for shipping which in turn allows you to display accurate rates to patrons but, really, its the customer service that won me over. We straight up would not be in business if it werent for this app, it was a game changer. We sell salvaged auto parts, so our product dimensions vary greatly from dash knobs to bumpers. Every single product has unique shipping sizes, and further some things can be shipped together, while other products need to ship on their own (such as window glass). Boxify made these shipping rules a breeze, the app seems idiot proof. We went from only being able to use shopify for our promotional shirts and stickers...to doing 100 orders in our first 2 months of using boxify. We had one "error" in the very beginning (it turned out we had checked the wrong box on our shipping rules), and when i contacted boxify, Dave answered the phone and walked me right thru the steps to correct the error.
