We've been using the Negate website dashboard since 2022, and it’s been a game-changer in blocking bot traffic from our Facebook and Instagram ads. At one point, we accidentally disabled Negate protection and immediately saw a drop in conversion rate. As soon as we re-enabled Negate protection, our conversions went back up, clear proof that it works!! The dashboard is detailed, showing visitor IPs, locations, and whether they’re human or bots. Great app. Looked for an app after Bots kept harrassing my store by placing automated abandoned checkouts, and creating huge spikes in fake traffic from the same locations. After setting up Negate, this was all solved. Good communiation with Taylor, who is always happy to explain or investigate specific issues. Feels so much cleaner having Negate filtering my traffic.
