This is the first time we've implemented a loyalty scheme on our store, and I'm so glad we chose BON. In fairness, some of the other (more expensive) platforms may be longer established and, therefore, have more robust documentation to help complete newbies like me. But what BON might be lacking from a documentation point of view, they more than make up for with their excellent customer service. Cara has been especially helpful, making the whole process way less stressful than it might otherwise have been. When Cara hasn't been around, Sophie and Hazel have also been there to help answer my questions and point me in the right direction. No question is too silly and they have been great at helping me with the design customisations. In fact, it's a nice change to have people to chat with rather than just a mass of documentation to read and work out the answers for yourself. I would highly recommend BON to anyone looking to build a loyalty programme into their store. Show more
