Solid loyalty app with exceptional support! We’ve recently launched our customer loyalty programme using BON and have been impressed with how easy the setup was. The app offers good functionality, even on the Growth plan, including custom branding, VIP tiers, and referral rewards. What really sets BON apart is the incredible customer support. Hazel, Sienna, Courtney, Chloe, Mila and the rest of the team were consistently helpful, proactive and open to feedback throughout the setup. Even when I had very specific requests (like changing SEO tags and editing reward labels) the dev team responded quickly and actioned everything exactly as needed.
