Personally, it was one of the best services I've ever received. They politely asked my wishes and tried to fulfill them. Even if it's free. Functionally, I've tried all the similar apps in Shopify to find what I'm looking for, but nothing like this one. Overwhelmingly simple and performance-wise, it has everything you want. Even though this is a newer app in the Loyalty Program category, this is the one to watch. Even though it's still new overall, the layout of the dashboard and settings is very modern and easy to use. The good news is they are diligently adding new and more advanced features very quickly. They are also very open to suggestions...this alone will help this app grow and most likely pass their competitors even faster. As with most apps, they typically end up being only as good as their support. So far, BON has proven to be stellar at this, especially working with their team member, Sunny. Show more
