BON Loyalty is taking over the Royalty Program space on Shopify. While they are still working on implementing new features, they are actively listening to their customers to better understand what other programs are missing and how to provide that for their customer. From the moment you install this app the customer service team, specifically Daisy, will go above and beyond to help you modify the widget and provide helpful information and suggestions. Daisy has been so kind and fast to respond to questions as well as catering to requests that have not been asked before. Emile does a great job following up and providing updates, and the developer team has taken the time to make sure things are working to my standards. Plus, did I mention this is currently free? They are working so hard and providing an incredible app for FREE! Although, even once it becomes a paid app I will happily subscribe as I believe BON Loyalty will become the #1 Rewards Program on Shopify this year. Show more

If you want a loyalty app 1000% Get this one! I found this gem while looking to replace smile.io. I can't believe Bon Loyalty is FREE!! This app is so customizable, easy to set up, my VIP's love how clean and easy to understand it is. Customer service has been amazing on helping if I needed to know how to tweak something or letting us give feedback for future features. The email program is still in Beta and they are great on taking notes of any issues or changes. Emile was helping me off and on tonight with questions I had. I LOVE she encouraged questions no matter the time. She stated just ask and they will get back to me. They are in a totally different time zone. She was so professional. Emile even took time to ask my name to get to know me better. What app does that? This is my favorite app I have so far over paid or free! I can't wait to see as they grow what else they will offer!
