I had another app before and after migrating orders from another system to Shopify, the app created rewards for all those old orders. I understand this could have been a normal and expected glitch in the system, so reached out to them and waited for days to get a resolution, so I went to try and find a new app and after trying Bon I decided to keep it, especially after trying to reach out to them and seeing how quickly they acknowledge and reply to any issue you may have.
