Update 6/7: These guys have continued to give me the most amazing, personalised service to configure to help me config the app to perform exactly as desired. Every time I ask them a question, they say 'we can do that for you'. It gives a smile every single time. The app does exactly what I need it to do, and Emile and the dev team have been so helpful in ironing out some minor installation issues, because of custom code in my theme.
