I have only just installed this app, and it was really easy to customize to suit my brand. I ran into an issue with one of the earn features, however the customer support team was stellar, and they explained clearly what was wrong, it was 100% user error. But they got it running for me and were amazing. The app is really cohesive on the site, the widget is visible but subtle on my site, it looks amazing.
