If you are reading through all of the Shopify apps that provide loyalty programs, this is the best one. Before I downloaded BON, I tried every other app associated with a rewards program and BON is the only one that gives you free access to the tools you're supplied with - others require hundreds of dollars. This is THE best app for rewards programs but best part has been the customer service. While using Bon, if you click on something you don't have access to then it sends an automated message to customer support. I didn't know this so when I sent a message, I was typing to apologize and let them know I didn't need help but Cady still went out of her way to solve the problem. She was so incredibly nice, not like other support workers that make you feel rushed! I mentioned having trouble with one other feature and she solved it almost immediately. She went above and beyond after solving every issue I mentioned, she also let me know other features they offer to give me options with what I had mentioned. BON is the best offered, and you are lucky if you get to speak with Cady! Amazing experience! Show more
