Hazel from Support Restored My Legacy Plan - Outstanding Service! I ran into a major issue after reinstalling the Bon app – my original "Early Bird" legacy free plan, which I had as a founding member, was lost and I was put on the standard free plan. I contacted support feeling pretty frustrated, but Hazel provided absolutely outstanding assistance. She understood the situation regarding the legacy plan, patiently listened, and took the initiative to escalate the issue to her team and developers. Despite the plan being discontinued, Hazel arranged for an exception to be made and successfully got my original Early Bird plan reinstated as a token of appreciation for being an early supporter.
