If you don't have BON then you need to get it NOW! The dashboard is extremely user friendly and very customizable. It surpasses any other reward program we've used previously. One of the best things about BON is their customer service, we needed assistance and Genie was awesome to work with. They are very responsive and don't make you feel rushed or like you should already know the answer to what you're asking; they truly go above and beyond to give you the help you need. Just downloaded BON Loyalty to replace the previous reward program that my company was using. I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! The plug-in is easy to use and the dashboard are fantastic.
