BON Loyalty has the best customer service by far! I have had three loyalty programs in total - BON Loyalty is my third - and they are the quickest and most knowledgeable. I love that my chat did not automatically close with my helper Genie. It also retains my previous conversations from the past (my previous reward programs would delete the conversations). Genie was very patient with all my questions, provided numerous helpful links for applying rewards to a customer's purchase, uploading a preexisting customer/point csv, and so much more.
