While rudimentary, we appreciate having a fee-free way (using Shopify Balance as our account) to pay our vendors. It takes awhile to process, but it does the job. The only real critique is that I have to coach some vendors to try using a different browser to set up their bank details the first time. We hear fairly often that they couldn't complete the initial set up. That is usually solved when we suggest they use a different browser. Edit to add: We have used this service for several years and continue to use it.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Shopify Plus support team does nothing to help over 1 month now after an issue with the bill pay app not allowing us to continue paying bills.
Shopify has not given my company a payout in almost 90 days. I have no response from accounting department. The only way to get any type of customer service is through chat. I have "chatted" with 5 different people and have gotten no where! Show more
