So far, so good! I switched over from another contact form because an increasing number of folks were reaching out to me on facebook saying they were unable to find contact information on my website. I hope this switch fixes that problem. I was able to get it to work quickly, and it's appearing across all my devices, but since it has only been installed for an hour or so, I haven't received any messages yet ;-) update years later in 2024: I've had a great experience using Zotabox, so far! The EU cookies notification feature is what drew me there initially, but have found the customizable contact form and the alert pop-ups very helpful, too. Thanks! Show more
despite constant issues with their products, the customer support is uninterested and unwilling to help or solve the ongoing issues. they simply pretend that they cannot SEE the problem. Show more
