Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

He estado usando AutoDS para gestionar mi tienda de dropshipping y, en general, es una herramienta bastante buena. Me ha ayudado a automatizar muchos procesos, como el seguimiento de pedidos y la actualización de inventario, lo que me ha ahorrado mucho tiempo. Además, la integración con Shopify es muy fluida, lo que hace que todo el proceso de ventas sea mucho más fácil de manejar. Sin embargo, creo que aún se necesita más variedad de productos disponibles en la plataforma. Sería genial si pudieran asociarse con más proveedores para ofrecer productos que sean más populares en redes sociales, especialmente los que están en tendencia en plataformas como TikTok. Estos productos tienen una gran demanda y, si AutoDS pudiera tenerlos disponibles de manera más rápida, sería perfecto para quienes estamos en el negocio del dropshipping. UPDATE: My complaint/issue was resolved by Dorina with AutoDS. She apologized for everything that happened. She made sure to delete my account and address any other concerns. She also issued me a full refund of all charges and assured me that my card would not be charged again. I cancelled account after a day or so on free trail. Even after that they continued to try and charge me. i reached out to them several times and they even responded but still apparently are adamant about taking my money because i asked them each time we talked to cancel my account and they finally got money off today. The responses i get are to ask me to continue at a discounted rate at which time i continue to tell them no and to cancel/delete my account all together. I have reached out to report them. I have all email threads and have even sent them to support as aback up and they still charged my card. Update: since I left this review. (this is the only way ive gotten a response) Soffia responded and said that they finally deleted my account but said nothing about refunding the money they took off of my card after all the times ive requested to cancel the account. REFUND me the money that was taken off of my card after the account had already supposed to be cancelled weeks ago and are unauthorized. Show more
