Terrible customer service. Responses are formulaic and clearly copy-pasted from templates, showing a complete lack of effort or logical problem-solving. They prematurely diagnosed an incompatibility with our store, when in fact the issue was caused by another app—a clear indication of poor training and engagement from their support team. I can’t comment on the app itself, as we couldn’t even get past the initial setup due to their unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend based on this experience(Michele). Show more
