This app is definitely a little more advanced than my tech abilities lol but their support is incredible. I've had fast responses every time I've reached out. They're super patient, kind, walk me through changes, and help me resolve my issues every time. They also allow a lot of customizations and auto-recognizing members so their member perks automatically apply to them which is a game-changer and automates so.much.work! I wish I was able to offer a monthly or annual payment option for my membership but there are workarounds in the meantime. Support is 10/10, and that's why I'll stay with them! Show more

DOES NOT have a bulk products action to add to the Membership Offering Perks area! A product has to be selected one at a time which is VERY time-consuming as each variant is a new item to the perk plan!!! ( Show more
