Harris and Mona are the absolute BEST! I am so happy that I decided to choose Appstle for my membership and subscription apps. I have never experienced such great customer service in my life when it comes to working with an online chat service. They both responded to my question within 30 seconds, LITERALLY! Harris initially helped me set up their membership app about a week ago and then I messed around and installed a drop shipping app to my store and when I went to remove my products from their dashboard, it wiped out my entire catalog. I had to start from scratch, but I THANK GOD, For Appstle's remarkable customer service. Mona, was very patient, professional and went above an beyond what I expected in helping me get everything back working properly. I'm still early on using Appstle Memberships, but so far I can't say enough amazing things about the customer support. I've chatted in and talked to both Jackson and Mia, and they have both been extremely responsive (responding in less than 3 minutes), I've had multiple questions that they've been patient enough to answer, they've researched things for me plus helped me come up with workarounds for things if needed.
