**Excellent support while setting up the app** I am still in the process of configuring Appstle Loyalty for my Shopify store, currently using the free version to make sure the app fits our workflow before launching. So far, I have been very impressed with the support team. I had several detailed questions about customer enrollment, Shopify customer accounts, translations for English and Spanish, and how point redemption works with dynamic discounts. The support team responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand the correct way to configure the program. What stood out the most was that they did not just answer my questions — they also noticed a setting that could have affected my setup and proactively pointed it out. They also offered to remove the Appstle branding from the loyalty widget as a complimentary gesture, which was a nice touch for a small family business like ours. I am still finalizing the loyalty program rules before launch, but based on the setup experience and the quality of support so far, I feel confident moving forward with Appstle Loyalty and plan to upgrade once we are ready to launch.
