inventory count is not synching????!!!! please fix it asap!!! everyone did the switch and the fact that inventory count is not synching is a big problem after the switch!!! Show more
So far...pretty flawless!! -Can see that orders are accepted/rejected MUCH faster -It "appears" that orders are shipped faster by Amazon- as the early metrics suggest I have been using the native Shopify MCF connection for about 4 years. Did the job pretty well with no major problems - and was FREE. Was about to migrate to a PAID MCF app, when I heard the Amazon was publishing an MCF- Shopify app. After using this for quite a few orders, everything is working very well - and again it is a FREE app. One bonus is that when a single order is split into different shipments, this app NOW handles seperate tracking numbers in the same order. That means the customer is updated in knowing the different tracking numbers. Thus, support queries received about "where's the rest of my stuff" are pretty much eliminated. This app is relatively bare bones but is quick and works well. Ideally I would like to see the following updates or improvements. 1. Ability to change MCF shipping speed after the order has been placed by our customer before it is submitted for fulfillment. If the MCF shipping speed was displayed the same way it is on customer checkout that would be great. 2. Display the cost of the MCF shipment in the Shopify order 3. Display the expected ship date and delivery date in the Shopify order Show more
It would be nice where a note is placed before downloading that the app only supports Amazon US seller accounts only!! In today's market I wonder why Canada is not supported? Show more
