UPDATE 2: The support team was very responsive and has been working actively to help resolve the issues. UPDATE: Changing my review to 1 star. I have noticed a huge degradation in performance of this app especially with load times. When viewing analytics something always breaks and the app crashes or gets stuck in infinite load. Same happens when updating or creating funnels. In the last 3-4 months, there has not been 1 time where I have used this app and the screen hasn't been stuck on loading or just outright crashing during the session. Great support. Heard back and was able to get set up by Dhruv on their team within minutes of reaching out on a Sunday. The UI/UX of the app is amazing as well! Show more
I'm still using the free trial so jury is out on the product yet as we are only just setting it up but the customer service / help desk are amazing so leaving the review to compliment them on a job very well done. So far the app looks good but only been using it for a couple of days so will give a more thorough review after a month Show more
