AfterPay as a service is fine. This app is garbage. I updated my theme and tried to get AfterPay info back on my site, this app fails after the first 2 steps in the set-up. Support is non-existent. Show more
I have tried to get this app up and running several times with no success. I get an email to login, then it says compliance review is still reviewing, even though i get emails to say review is completed and ready to install. until afterpay get their install / integration sorted I will give it a miss. Terrible service. The app asked me to install and I did all the way to set up to messaging setup and add payment method it told me complete. Then to double check, i sent an email to check as when I tried to log into my afterpay account it said i didn't have one. contacted Afterpay got one reply saying they would look into it and then Nothing despite 5 or 6 emails Show more

We've used After Pay for several years as a payment option. The app install was very easy and seamless. Keep in mind that I was already an approved merchant so I just had to uninstall old code on my store and install this app--it was super easy. After Pay has always been supportive of my business and has collaborated with me in the past. The customer service is great and I feel they are supportive in trying to help their merchants get sales and build brand awareness through the campaigns they launch. Show more
