The support provided with this app is top-notch and very responsive, including doing a Google Meet to walk through set up. Unfortunately, we needed more options that were not included in the app. We wanted this app to work for us. Hopefully, with more time, they will add additional features. I did ask for customers to check the map before going live and they found it a bit clunky for our needs. A little more difficult to set up than other apps but the helpfulness of the support team makes up for it. Super fast in answering questions, they go above and beyond to solve your issues through WhatsApp messaging and video sharing. The best thing for someone like me who's not all that tech savvy. This app is great value for a small fee each month. It has all the location basics you need, without any nonsense. While it's a little more complicated to setup than a typical app, the developer is very responsive and even did a screenshare video session with me to assist. Absolutely recommended! We were looking for a practical app to place our locations in Dominican Republic, which is not so friendly market for Shopify, but this app this the trick! Installation and setup is pretty easy to manage and the support in Whatsapp from the developer was great as we wanted to tweak some items, worked beautifully and is worth the pay for sure! Show more
