This waas really difficutl, first off, their installation process is a complete mess. Unlike every other Shopify app I've used, you can't just install and start using it. I was stuck at a "THEME IN REVIEW" screen forever with ZERO support. They claim it takes 30 minutes BUT YOU'RE STUCK THERE, and.that's clearly a lie. Their customer support is saldy no no good. I reached out for help and got LEO who kept messaging me over and over again bout "business hours" while my store was locked - as if e-comstops on weekends! When I finally did get a human response, it was useless no help, no access access my store without me explaining how to use a basic store. The communication was painfully slow and my qestion were simple like how to enable and use the app but onlly got confusing answers in return. At one point, I even had to ask if this was a real app or some kind of scam because of all the block and no way forward. Save yourself the headache and avoid ABConvert; their app is broken upon install and the support is on purpose making you stand still it feels like. Show more
