We use the app on all our Shopify stores now to collect post purchase feedback and NPS score emails. We are just scratching the surface at this point. We had an issue with reaching the max number of emails we can send per month on one of the highest plans but Jason really helped us out during one our busiest times of the year by increasing our email send limit. The first Survey was so easy to create, and it worked!! Exactly as I hoped it would. It delivered the outcomes we expected too. We had one issue (user error, not app related), and the response from the help team was exceptional. They followed up a few days later, too.
