Works as expected which for a free app is a WOW! Factor. However, for whatever reason, the app doesn't allow multiple items to be 'Returned'. Admin has to select each item individually in an order and create multiple returns (e.g. if 4 line items are present, each will have it's own return) which is very surprising. Would have given it 5 stars if not for this little detail missing. TLDR: Cannot process return in a single ID, if there are more than 1 line items in an order. Show more

It has created less emails from customers and saves time with my employees to exchange or refund items. The customer portal integrates perfectly into my template with no problems.
