First things first - Kudos to the great Zoko staff for providing an amazing customer experience right from onboarding until customer/technical support - Bharath, Vijith, Aaquib, Rahul and Ananthu. The app itself is versatile and easy to use, and ever since Shopify-segments have been integrated my broadcast's setup speed halved and outcome has doubled so good job on that as well. Next up would be easy to create flows as current method can get but tedious and doesn't often consider other active flows. Keep innovating and easing the user experience of the app. Thanks for all the help with Whatsapp marketing and automation, Zoko & team.
