Au-delà du logiciel qui est top (vraiment, rien à dire, ça fait le job parfaitement), c'est l'humain qui m'a marqué. J'avais une question un peu bête sur le paramétrage un vendredi soir, et j'ai eu une réponse hyper sympa et précise dans la foulée. On sent qu'ils veulent vraiment nous aider à vendre plus, pas juste nous facturer un abo. Ça fait du bien de se sentir soutenu quand on gère un e-shop ! Je recommande les yeux fermés.
