Nous sommes très satisfaits de l'outils de fidélité Loyoly qui est facile de compréhension et d'utilisation. Nous avons également été très bien accompagné lors de la migration de notre programme existant vers leur solution.
L'application est top : tout est très simple à paramétrer. En quelques heures vous pouvez déployer un outil de fidélisation et parrainage puissant dans votre boutique, mais aussi le connecter à votre CRM (Klaviyo par exemple) afin de customiser encore plus les communications envoyées vers vos clients. Le support est aussi excellent, autant sur la réactivité que sur la résolution des problèmes. Rarement vu un outil et un support d'une telle qualité sur Shopify, bravo !
