Videeo: Shoppable Videos & UGC

We recently switched from CommentSold to Videeo so we are getting used to it still but it's nice to have everything in Shopify. Managing inventory is so much easier. Setting up live sales is quick and easy. There seems to be less of a lag too. They seem to be continuously improving the app and there are already more features than when we first signed up. I'm looking forward to more improvements including better reporting. It's really hard to see what has sold for each live sale and would like to be able to see a report with details for billing each month. Show more

This says powered by comment sold. This is horrible. Zero customer service. We have used comment sold for 4 years, and this is not the quality it was. Can not reach an actual sales representative, just someone overseas. Show more
