I installed Unum Pay for my Shopify store ZK Galleria, expecting it to streamline local payment integration. However, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Right after installing the app, they deducted $1, but provided no guidance on how to properly configure or integrate the payment method. The app interface is poorly built and full of bugs, making it difficult to understand or use effectively. I reached out to their support via email for assistance multiple times, but received no response whatsoever. It seems like there’s no active support team behind the app. This lack of communication and support feels completely unprofessional and borderline scammy. Charging users and then vanishing without providing any assistance is unacceptable for any app—especially one dealing with payment systems. Avoid Unum Pay if you're looking for a reliable, transparent, and supported payment integration solution for your Shopify store. Definitely not recommended based on our experience.
