I wish I could give ZERO stars. I paid $30 a month for 6 months to this app and it NEVER worked right. The songs linked to this app would not send to my customers who purchased them. And no one on shopify could figure out why. MANY MANY attempts to contact support were unanswered and to this day I have paid out hundreds of dollars for an app that never worked. ROBBERY! And the app sucks and doesn't do what it says it will anyway.
1 star (for now), only because I’ve reached out to support multiple times and haven’t received a response yet. I’m also running into compatibility issues with my paid Shopify theme. I genuinely want to use this app, it would be extremely useful if I can get these issues resolved. Happy to update this to 5 stars once support gets back to me and we can fix the problem.
Don’t be mislead by the other reviews. Tuneboom is a great app if you know how to utilize it properly and don’t project beat selling platforms on to it as ur expectations. And the 2 teams in 4yrs that I’ve had to reach out to customer service I got an immediate response. Worth the money!
Actually terrible. Insanely slow response times, poor customer service. They don't even care to update the plugin ever. No collab support.. because what musician collabs with others, right? Not too mention it costs twice as much as Beatstars, and it's twice as bad as beatsars. It's clear that they just don't don't actually make or sell music because this is just a sham. Can't even upload my zip files because they're too big so im FORCED to upgrade. Sickening. Penny pinching company overcharging for services that barely work. Thanks a ton. Show more
This app is great and does what its suppose to do. There are a few bad reviews on this app but Im realizing that some people aren't patient. My web designer ran into an issue with the player not showing correctly and they emailed support to fix the problem. It did take a while for them to fix the problem but they was patient. We gave them developer access and they fixed the problem and let my designer know that the problem is fixed moving forward when they install it on another site. As long as you're clear in your problem, communicate it thoroughly and be patient with their response time they will help you. Show more
