I had a great experience during my call with Ken. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. The meeting was smooth, well-structured, and made the whole process easy to understand. Highly recommend, excellent support and a great overall experience.
I installed this app based on their advertised free plan and the 'MAKE IT 3X' bonus limit. However, the reality is very misleading. When you contact support to activate the bonus, they demand a video testimonial featuring your face to unlock it. Worse, their support agent confirmed that this '3x limit' (30 orders) is NOT a recurring monthly limit. It is a one-time, lifetime cap. Once you hit those 30 orders, the free plan is gone forever and you are forced into a paid subscription. Tricking merchants into providing face-video reviews for a 'free plan' that has hidden, non-renewing limits is a blatant bait-and-switch tactic. If you are looking for an app with a transparent, recurring monthly free tier, look elsewhere. Uninstalled.
