Excellent technical support. They hear your needs and make their best to assist you or help over any issue
App works for everything we needed. Took a few goes to get the sessions / service the way we liked, but not too difficult to achieve. Had one issue that needed tech support, response was excellent. Got back to us within 10 minutes of message. Problem resolved within an hour. Would recommend.
Very happy with the app so far. Relatively easy to build out and even though there were some tech issues, the tech support was there answering my many questions, and resolving all my issues to date in a very responsive and timely way.
Great and fast customer service. They have been really helpful with any question I have. The app works really well, and so far we are really happy with it.
App is outdated. When I asked if they'll update it no response. When I requested help with app got no responses after a certain point. They have a 2 month trial which is nice, but expect no help from support unless your question is very general and they can copy and paste their answer.
