After hitting a wall with our POS rollout of our Superstore we were overwhelmed by the hurdles and didnt know where to start to achieve some of the features our previous POS system performed. We researched and found Stockie and decided to contact them. Not only was there a human at the other end, the service from Jake and the team in walking us through the features, and better still rolling out features to suit our needs was something that has really stood out with this developer. Both Stockie Inventory Management and Stockie Barcode Labels have really helped tie up our lose ends and we are so happy with the app and especially the second to none customer service. Excellent app with top notch friendly support. I was very scared of losing Stocky, but new Stockie has so far proved to be a really good replacement.

After Shopifys original Stocky went down, we as a business were very concerned because some of the reports we rely on weren't available anywhere. I reached out to these guys a month before the original app was planned to close down, and they communicated really well with us and genuinely wanted to help. Within 4 weeks the report we needed was built and turns out, was even better than the one we had been using for many years (for those reading, we needed to be able to see current inventory vs units old on the same report and filter between sales source, locations and dates whilst being able to minimise the data using product filters) The Stockie team have genuinely excelled our expectations, been crystal clear throughout with their comms and probably one of the best customer service experiences ive had from a company
