I had a very disappointing experience with this app. The AI chat feels unreliable and often gives irrelevant or incorrect responses, which confuses customers instead of helping them. The cart actions don’t always work properly, and sometimes items are not added as expected. The WhatsApp automation sounds good in theory, but in reality, the follow-ups feel spammy and poorly timed. It didn’t improve my conversions at all—in fact, it annoyed some of my customers. The “real-time” abandoned cart detection is inconsistent, and the multi-language feature isn’t as smooth or accurate as advertised. Also, the setup may be quick, but optimizing it to actually work takes a lot more effort than expected.
