Simmer served as a friendly to use service for a large event. We needed a simple but effective solution for eight food stands. With very little time, the team helped greatly with a smooth onboarding process and was by our side the entire journey. The software worked without fail and the interface and experience reduced training time for our associates. We've started using this app with our new venue, combining Table Service and Take-Away elements in the same space. Simmer has been an absolute dream, solving 90% of our problems with using Shopify POS in a Hospitality setting on launch. The other 10% are being worked on by Seb and the team, who have been incredibly receptive to feedback and have worked incredibly quickly to make changes at our suggestion.
