We've been using this for quite some time and it's a great app with wonderful customer service. But it just changed from free to paid and the prices are high. We like it so much we're trying to see what we can do to continue using it (and the developers are kindly working with us on that), but it's definitely a huge challenge to go from free and works great to facing hundreds of dollars a year to get to use. The app is very easy to add to a store and customise. Unfortunately the free forever promise at the start got scrapped, with new pricing way over our budget going forward and we find ourselves in a bit of a pickle - we either pay $199 per month or discontinue and let down our many customers. Very disappointing indeed. Show more
