Been using ShipperHQ for years now. I wanted to leave a review beacuse I sent in a support ticket this morning. They responded right away for more information then replied with a solution. Very good customer service all around.
I've been using ShipperHQ since first replatforming on Shopify a couple of years ago, and it's absolutely amazing, the app has impressive functionality, we're able to offer shipping calendar options we couldn't offer in the past & it's really helped conversion. I also can't fault the support team, any time I've had queries I've had helpful responses extremely quickly, and have also had video calls with the team for them to walk me through how to use different parts of the app. The support team are extremely helpful. I'd definitely recommend this app.
I would give more stars if I could. Shipper HQ is both an incredibly powerful and flexible app for calculating shipping and delivery costs, their support is the absolute best I've seen. You can not go wrong with this product and the team that backs it up!!! To speak to the reviews that indicate a steep learning curve - first, I would say that it can appear intimidating, but if you take a breath and follow the steps in the help docs one by one, it's quite easy to set up. AND if you get stuck, that's when their service can really be helpful in figuring out what you missed (I speak from experience. Every problem I've had has been something I missed that was right there. They never make me feel badly about it, but just solve my problem) As to shopify and shipper HQ, I can speak to that too, because I used Shipper HQ on a different platform previously, and that platform would record any errors in going through shipping. Shopify doesn't do that, and I would put that on shopify not shipper HQ. Regardless of the lack of error codes from the website, Shipper HQ has helped me out of TWO jams that I got myself in, and in WAY under 24 hours too!! Don't listen to the negative reviews. They don't represent what this company stands for, (which should be obvious based on the responses from the App team.)
Do not trust - they avoid cancelling your subscription despite following their cancellation procedure. I tried subscribing to ShippeHQ for my store which wasn't suitable for us. We claimed the 15 day trial and almost immediately tried cancelling by contacting the app's support to cancel the plan, as per their instructions for their app. Anthony Cantabrana advised I should fill out a form here (https://docs.shipperhq.com/subscription/#Close_or_Cancel_Subscription) which directs you to this page (https://docs.shipperhq.com/cancel-subcription/) which states "Please contact CustomerSuccess@ShipperHQ.com at least 3 days prior to the next bill date to request cancellation. A team member will reach out to you within one business day to confirm your cancellation." We followed these instructions and have still been charged. I have emails proving my correspondence. The shipper HQ rate is great for our store with 2 origins plus all the table rates needed. It is fairly easy to use once you read the instruction page. The onboarding team is great. We used it for 1 week now. Everything looks good so far. The set up support was really good and helpful. After few months, we would like to set up another table rate with specific SKUs. This time, the support is so-so. Then we will need to pay for set up a meeting for the support. Please be aware to set up all your requirements on the initial set up. Show more
