ShipBlink: Shipping in a Blink

The app has issues, which made it very hard to us for us to use it every time. There is no support-can't reach them when you need help, and if they respond at all by email to my chat inquiry, which almost never happens, it is too late, and their reply is unsatisfactory. We would have used the app more if only we could. We had to uninstall the app and contact the credit card to stop payment, only because inside the app, our wallet showed empty. We actually had to look through all of our credit cards to locate which one the app was taking money from. It is an unbelievable lack of support for a product that works halfway correctly!

GAME CHANGER ALERT! ShipBlink is the app we've been looking for since we moved to Shopify. We ship some pretty big products, from surfboards to snow boards, and also some teeny tiny products too. Until now all our shipping rates had to be done manually, because our preferred carrier didn't have native integration with shopify. Now that we've discovered ShipBlink we're able to connect our carrier and get real time rates that are accurate. Anytime we've had an issue their team has been able to assist us in a timely manner and even add a few customizations that prevent errors on our part.
